Bear was rescued from the side of a busy Texas highway. No one knows how or why he was there, but he was in need of help!  No owner has been found even after major efforts.

This handsome fellow needs a safe and loving Foster OR Forever home. He is thought to be about 3 years old and he weighs approximately 78 pounds. He has been fully vaccinated and neutered.

Bear has turned out to be THE BEST DOG, EVER!  He is what we refer to as "An Old Soul."  He has the demeanor and wisdom of an old dog; but, his body is young!  This big boy is a docile, gentle, loving Teddy Bear!

His only issue is with cats...Bear doesn't like Cats!!  His rescuer has a German Shepherd and two Chihuahuas... Bear has no problem with them; and, he absolutely ADORES the humans in the home!

As well as dogs, the finder has a cat; so, there is a real issue about Bear being on the premises. The cat isn't happy, and neither is the husband. =\   So, Bear needs to find a place to go. Quickly!!
