Sunny
is one gorgeous German Shepherd mix!She didn't look very
gorgeous when we found her in Kennel 37, but with just a
simple raking out of the dead coat she turned into the
beautiful animal you will find at the shelter! She was
found in a shopping center parking lot, just begging for
food. Here at the shelter, at least she's out of the cold
and she's being fed! She is very skinny now as you can see
from the photos, but she's going to fill out again, and
really be beautiful. Please consider this sweet, sweet
dog, if you can give her the love and care she deserves.
She stood very still while our volunteer raked out all that
old coat... she only moved enough to slather the volunteer
with kisses. SO Grateful to be cared for and so loving
towards humans. Please don't leave her to spend another day
alone in animal control! Ask to see Sunny and then see how
fast you fall in love with this gentle, loving dog!
TEDDY
Teddy a
Great Pyrenees mix and he's full of vim and vigor as any
pup is at approx 11 months of age! Teddy was turned in
by his owner, because they hadn't a clue how to handle a
large active dog! I wonder if Teddy might have been
one of those ill-conceived Christmas gifts that seemed
like such a good idea at the time! No matter the
circumstances before, this poor dog needs help now!
Animal Control is no place for a young Pyrenees who
needs to run, play and practice his skills! Being
confined in a kennel with nothing to do is more
frustrating to a young, inquisitive dog than words can
say. Teddy just needs someone willing to give him the
time, attention and patience required by any pup who is
on the way to being a great companion dog! He wants to
learn, if only someone will teach him! Check him out in
Kennel 56 and see if you are up for Teddy love!

TINKER
Tinker
is a looker, isn't he? He appears to be a pointer mix with all
his blue ticked coat, but whatever he is, Tinker as beautiful as
a painting and those golden eyes are mesmerizing. He is a
snuggler, but LOVES to play chase with his housemates.
Actually, Tinker is just about the complete package! He's
unique in appearance, already neutered, housetrained,
leash-trained, sits for 'cookies,' gets along beautifully with
other dogs, affectionate to people, uses the dog door like a pro
and is missing only one important component - a loving forever
home! This beautiful dog belongs in a home! Do you think
he'd be a good fit in yours? There's no exaggeration when we

TROOPER
Trooper
appears to be a Doberman mix puppy, with emphasis on
Puppy!! He wants to play and run and chase
butterflies. He did NOT care a bit about having his
picture made, although we told him this could save his
life! He wanted none of it, and only was interested in
our shoe laces and that mop in the corner! What a
funny boy! He's lucky that he's made it this long with
his ears and tail intact! They are so much more
expressive and look sweeter when they are able to keep
what God sent them here with! Trooper is in Kennel 06,
and he's not a patient boy! He's got lots of living to
do, and he's ready to get on with it, especially now
that he's been neutered! Ask to visit with

TWIGGY
Twiggy won't be a twig once she gets some nutritious
food in her and a little rest. This beautiful,
young German Shepherd is sweet and calm. She just needs
a good home with loving owners and she will protect them

WILLOW
Willow is just scared nearly to death! She is such
a precious, tiny, demure, young Chihuahua who is
VERY out of place in an animal control
facility! Willow just wants to be held and
cuddled. She's quiet and gentle in her response,
but she DOES respond with love! After a little
while, she will even venture a kiss on the nose!
This baby needs a quiet home with not a lot of
comings and goings. She's definitely a lap dog, and
at less than 5 pounds, is truly a joy to hold and
cuddle! Willow has many years ahead to be a
cherished family member in the right home! Don't
waste another day, she has been spayed and she is
READY to meet you!!

YAYA
YaYa is a young girl, now
spayed, who we
believe to be a White GSD and Yellow Lab mix... She's
full of energy and curiosity and this makes it even more
difficult to sit quietly in Kennel 02. YaYa needs a
