Crosby WalMart
Grants $500 to Baytown Humane Society
At the recent Grand Opening
Ceremony of the WalMart SuperCenter
in Crosby, Baytown Humane Society
received a grant for $500 to facilitate the work we are doing in the area.
This huge WalMart store is a welcome retail addition to the Crosby area,
and it is already giving back to the Community! The $500 Grant to
our organization is only one of many grants WalMart distributed to groups and
organizations that are actively serving the people in the Baytown/Crosby
area.

Both WalMart stores (Baytown &
Crosby) allow BHS to post pictures and information about pets that are
available for adoption, and they both share in helping us feed the homeless
animals in the region.
A tip of the hat to WalMart's
effort to give back and support the Communities in which their customers live
and work. Cooperation like this between businesses and the Community are
win-win situations.
